Our Compliance and ethics guidelines form the basis of our actions and promote a respectful, fair and responsible working environment. All employees are required to maintain integrity, communicate transparently and take ethical principles into account in every situation. Violations or concerns can be reported anonymously using a notification tool.anti-corruption measures prohibit bribery and improper benefits. Statutory regulations must be complied with, including data protection, fire safety and working time laws. Health and safety are a top priority and threats must be reported.
