We, POD One GmbH, are a merger of two up-and-coming German print companies — Boender & Beutel GmbH and Shirtigo GmbH. Our talented and dedicated team of now over 200 employees works every day from the heart of Cologne-Ehrenfeld, Wuppertal and in our home office with passion and joy on the mission of turning the print industry upside down through innovative, digital solutions.
With our successful brands Shirtigo, Shirtee, Koma Merchandising and X-Print, we have been active throughout Europe in the areas of textile finishing and e-commerce since 2012. Our brands Shirtigo and Shirtee are the platforms for international e-commerce and everything related to print-on-demand, warehousing and fulfillment. X-Print stands for our production departments and B2B trade, while Koma Merchandising, as a separate location, represents the textile printing sector for large editions and merchandising.
Our processes are excellent and guarantee the highest quality and sustainability. On request, we offer processing in accordance with the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) for our embroidery, printing, trading, manufacturing, sales and storage processes as well as for our Premium Organic product line. Furthermore, our environmentally friendly printing processes are certified in accordance with OEKO TEX® STANDARD 100.

With our e-commerce platforms, we also serve end customers who are looking for individualized and high-quality print products. Automated print workflows & industry 4.0 production
We are not a printing company but a “print tech” company. Our innovative strength is based on a fully automated workflow, for our Industry 4.0 production with robot-controlled warehouse system, automated packaging machine, state-of-the-art digital printing machines. This and our in-house developed end-to-end solution enable us to produce custom customization products efficiently from a single source — from ordering to delivery. At the same time, we focus on sustainable production methods and fair working conditions in Germany as a production location.
Flexibility and individuality through Industry 4.0
Our Print Fulfillment ERP system is specifically designed to respond flexibly and efficiently to individual customer requirements — and this is made possible by our Industry 4.0 production system, which guarantees a high level of automation and seamless process monitoring. In this way, even the smallest quantities can be produced quickly and reliably and adapted to customer requirements.
Open interfaces for seamless integration
To ensure maximum flexibility and scalability, our ERP system offers open interfaces that enable easy integration with our customers' existing ERP systems. This allows our partners to easily dock their own systems to our fulfillment processes and thus implement centralized and automated control of the entire production chain.
AI-powered technologies for design and quality control
In addition, we use AI technologies that offer our customers creative support, for example through an AI design generator, which simplifies and accelerates design processes. In production, AI-based quality controls ensure consistently high standards and optimize production processes — a further step towards a sustainable and efficient fulfillment solution.
