Our talented and dedicated team is a diverse group of 200 designers, contractors, trained professionals and career changers from 36 nations. Every day, we work with passion and joy on the mission to turn the print industry upside down through innovative, digital solutions and excellent products and services in order to be “ahead of print.”

We attach particular importance to a friendly working environment and transparent and sustainable production under the motto: everything from a single source. Looking for a job is a demanding task. We understand that, which is why our hiring process is easy and informative.

We will usually review your application within 5 working days. In rare cases, it may take a little longer, but we are usually much faster with our feedback.

If we think that you could be a good fit for our team and that your profile meets our requirements or has the potential to do so, we'll get back to you to make an appointment for a quick phone call. In this conversation, we will discuss the most important key points and clarify open questions transparently with you.

Personal
acquaintance
This is followed by getting to know each other personally in our office or production in Cologne-Ehrenfeld, or alternatively digitally via MS Teams. Here, we primarily look at whether we are a good match both humanly and culturally and discuss with you what tasks and requirements await you. Don't worry — we attach great importance to making you feel comfortable and able to act liberated.

Discussion
and taster day
After getting to know each other for the first time, there is usually a further discussion, during which we discuss our tasks and requirements with you in depth, but also finalize important organizational topics. In some cases, we combine the 2nd interview with a trial assignment or a trial day to give you an insight into how we work and introduce you to your future team. When working in our production department, steps (3.) and (4.) are often combined.

Contract offer
If you and we still have a positive gut feeling, we will work out the final contract details together and send you a contract offer. Don't worry - we're quick with our feedback here too. We certainly don't want to leave you in the dark for long. If you have any questions about the employment contract, we will explain everything to you in detail. We are also happy to assist you with general bureaucratic issues.
Welcome on Board 🎉
After mutually signing the contract (usually first digitally and then in writing on site), you will already receive important documents from us and your new team.
